  1. Broccoli

Including broccoli in your diet can amplify your immunity levels. It contains nutrients and a vital ingredient called choline. The latter is quite helpful for one’s gut. Also, broccoli comes the category of cruciferous vegetables. These contain vitamins A, C and E.

 

  1. Almonds

Dry fruits, especially almonds are way useful for building your immunity. Almond contains all those vital nutrients helpful for boosting immunity. Try to include a handful of soaked almonds as your morning ritual.

 

  1. Spinach

It also contains vitamin C, numerous antioxidants, beta carotene, and vitamin A. Apart from being healthy, spinach is quite helpful for maintaining a stronger immunity. It increases the infection-fighting ability.
