There are countless ways to improve blood circulation. Some are fairly physical. You can improve your circulation by simple daily exercises like heel-toe raises, going for a walk or a swim. Some Involve altering lifestyle choices like giving up smoking, keeping warm in winters and avoiding restrictive clothing.
But to boost the process there are some foods renowned for blood circulation-boosting properties. Some of them are mentioned below.
1. Oranges
Oranges and other fruits containing high volumes of vitamin C are natural blood thinners without side effects and they strengthen capillary walls to prevent plaque build-up which leads to better blood circulation.
These can be found in natural health stores and they look quite similar to raisins in color & texture. They are a high fibre food that helps boost the immune system along with forging better blood circulation.
3. Cayenne pepper

Widely known for helping at the time of nausea & digestion problems as well as helping in better blood circulation. Ginger can be eaten raw (it might not taste good) or added to foods or why not try ginger tea.
6. salmon and avocado
Both of these contain heart-healthy omega-three fatty acids that support the cardiovascular system and increase blood circulation.
