We believe that our products are of good quality and will help you relieve your problems. However, if for any reason you find that the device is not working properly and / or not giving the expected results and you wish to return the product then please see below the quick steps to follow for the same.
If for any reason you choose to not take the product delivery when it is bought online or choose to return the product within 24 hours of buying the product from the authorised store (with the packing intact), we will consider it as cancellation. We will process this cancellation as below:
You can return the product only within 15 working days of the purchase.
Cancellation can be made only within 24 hours of placing the order.
Only the courier charges for returning the device.
The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product. If you have paid by cash, you will get a cheque at your address, for that value.
Typically, refunds are credited into your account in 15 working days. This varies from bank to bank. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, since this falls in the purview of Cardholder's issuing bank.
